She started painting in 2006 and now works full time at her art work. As an artist she started dmw_artwork so that she could share her art with the world. She has taught 5th grade art for no pay, because she feels art education is so important. She has been part of many art shows and school events. She is a member of the Morongo arts and Arts Orange County. She believes the world is a canvas and anything can be painted. There are many artist in this world, but true talent comes from the heart. She was honored to have her artwork be part of the new public-service announcement (PSA) for the state of California (California Imagination)California Imagination represents the state's arts and creativity.
